Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the quality control process to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Develop and implement effective quality management systems to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the quality control process.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams.
Experience with quality control software and tools, such as QA management systems.
