Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing and procurement of indirect materials and capex items such as signages, furniture, lighting, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, plastic, metalware/fabrication, marketing POSMs, and more. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting vendor identification, onboarding, and performance management - Developing and using costing models for evaluating supplier proposals - Performing price comparisons, total cost of ownership analysis, and cost benchmarking - Tracking and analyzing commodity price trends and market movements - Leading price negotiations and ensuring value-for-money procurement - Ensuring timely purchase order processing and supplier coordination - Liaising with internal stakeholders across functions such as Marketing, Projects, and Operations - Maintaining procurement documentation and reporting in line with company policies - Supporting sourcing standardization and cost-saving initiatives As part of the company, you will be expected to contribute towards efficient procurement processes and strategic sourcing decisions.,
