Your responsibilities will include guiding a virtual team of domain experts, designing complex managed service solutions, testing and validating new features, and ensuring the service design aligns with commercial models. You will lead the end-to-end solution development process, mapping client requirements, and architecting technology solutions that meet client needs while mitigating risks. In addition, you will support sales teams in presenting architecture solutions to clients, facilitating workshops to discover requirements, and communicating potential improvements to stakeholders at all levels. Your role will also involve coaching and mentoring team members, overseeing vendor management, and ensuring a smooth transition to service delivery teams. To excel in this position, you should have an advanced understanding of cloud technologies, networking, security, and system administration.
