Deputy Manager

Organize and Co-ordinate daily routine function of the department.

Job Responsibilities:

• International Marketing & international patient services.
• Promotion of medical tourism.
• Follow up & Co-ordination with doctors & patients.
• Finding out & effective utilization of various opportunities.
• Relationship building & follow-up with international clients.
• End to end Support to patients.
• Sending visa invitationsurgery cost & procedure details.
• Responding to emails/ calls interaction with patients in the hospitals & facilitators.
• International Communications with other departments.
• Visiting patients in hotels.
• Maintain patient records.
• Take regular Patient feedback and send a daily report to the Corporate for improvement.
• Death case management.
• To train staff as per requirement.
• Rendering Value Added Services to clients.
• Finding improvement opportunities on the basis of feedback and implement corrective and preventive measures .

Candidate Requirements:

• Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to comprehend written instructions given by the related departmental personnel.
• Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.
