Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive corporate acquisition and key account management for Employee Benefit Solutions, including Corporate Annuities and NPS. The role involves strategic sales planning, market penetration, relationship management with senior corporate stakeholders, and growing annuity market share in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sales strategies for quality client acquisition through detailed market mapping, market analysis, and competitor analysis within the assigned territory.
  • Drive B2B sales of Employee Benefit Solutions, including Corporate Annuities and NPS, by presenting strong value propositions to top management, decision-makers, and key influencers.
  • Increase market penetration and brand visibility by expanding employee benefit solutions across corporate accounts.
  • Research target industries and sectors to identify and develop new prospecting opportunities.
  • Build and leverage strong internal and external networks to generate corporate leads.
  • Manage large corporate accounts and consistently increase annuity market share.
  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with Nodal Officers and senior corporate management.
  • Safeguard existing clients and closely monitor competitor activity in the market.
  • Acquire new corporate clients for Annuity and NPS solutions.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

  • Strong sales planning skills with experience in competitive sales environments.
  • Proven ability in team management and channel partner management.
  • Experience in retail sales and business development with team handling exposure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, people management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with good social capital in corporate circles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, multitask, and drive results with focus and discipline.
  • Ambitious, self-driven, and aligned with business and organizational growth objectives.

    06 -12 years in the

    Life Insurance

    industry
  • Education:

    Post Graduation (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • Age Group:

    28 - 45 years.
  • Industry Preference:

    Life Insurance, BFSI, Financial Services.
