Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Designer / Dev Lead (TIBCO) to join our telecom project team. This is a senior technical role responsible for ensuring high-quality design and build deliverables, representing the integration domain in end-to-end solutioning, and leading development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Integration domain during requirement analysis and solution design stages for each release.

• Provide optimized integration solutions to ensure high performance and resource utilization.

• Work hands-on in design and development using TIBCO technologies.

• Lead high-complexity solution design and implementation within each release.

• Critically review and optimize deliverables from developers.

• Support production issue resolution as the last line of defense for critical business impacts.

• Identify inefficiencies in processes and introduce improvements through automation or optimization.

• Deliver projects within agreed timelines and quality benchmarks.

• Work in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.

Core Competencies, Knowledge & Experience

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SOA / Integration software engineering.

• Proven expertise in design and development using TIBCO products: EMS 7.x / 8.x, BW 5.x / 6.x, Active Spaces, APIX, Adapters/SDK.

• 2+ years of exposure to end-to-end solution architecture design in the Telecom domain.

• Strong skills in Core Java, JMS, Oracle SQL, caching techniques, encryption standards, microservices, and security.

• Expertise in defining CDM and TMF models.

• Deep understanding of integration design patterns, best practices, and standards.

• Experience with application/internet gateways and performance optimization.

Technical Competencies

• Strong command over integration technology and solution design.

• Ability to deliver high-complexity designs and implementations.

• Proficiency in Wireshark / debugging tools for analysis.

• Good understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD environments.

• Knowledge of automation techniques to streamline development processes.

• Ability to drive and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.

• Strong communication and influencing skills.

• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, dynamic environments.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: From ₹1,500,000.00 per year
