Job Description

Accountabilities:
  • Work with manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Managing the Talent acquisition process right from sourcing to on-boarding within the specified timelines and defined guidelines, while also monitoring the recruiting metrics
  • Recruitment Strategy: o Ensuring that hirings are done basis the approved Headcount plans/ budgets of the year.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Understand the talent requirements and objectives of each hiring manager to align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Analyze market trends and utilize industry best practices to attract top talent.
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition
  • Maintain and periodically update the job description database across all departments and levels in collaboration with respective SBUs. Utilize various sourcing channels, including recruitment consultants, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, virtual interviews, and assessments, to assess qualifications and suitability for positions. Build a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates.
Interviewing and Selection
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, both in-person and via MS Teams, to evaluate candidates skills, experience, cultural fit and culture add. Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Offer Management:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Corporate HR to develop competitive and compelling job offers.
  • Extend offer to shortlist candidates and negotiate terms and conditions.
Candidate Experience and Employer Branding:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing regular updates, feedback, and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Continuously enhance the employer brand through effective storytelling and highlighting the organizations values and culture. Represent employer in community and recruiting events.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
  • Ensure proactive compliance with the recruitment process. o Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate Recruitment System.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as TAT, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, including progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. E.g. Technical Hiring Dashboard o Vendor performance evaluation, ROI, etc. Managing the analytics and budget v/s variance for TA and TM processes.
Contract employee administration
  • Hiring
  • Attendance, leave and salary processing
  • Engagement renewal(s) and relevant record keeping
HR MIS & Analytics
  • Maintain updated and proactive reports and dashboards as per timelines.
  • Leverage data and feedback to drive process efficiency and effectiveness.
Annual budget preparation & tracking
As part of the Annual HR budget, the incumbent will be responsible for budgeting and tracking actual expenses for the processes being overseen by the individual. This includes ensuring that all expenditures are within the allocated budget and tracking these expenses on a quarterly basis to ensure alignment with budgets.

  • Handling the BGV process for the new joiners

Educational Qualifications
  • Minimum education qualification: MBA / Postgraduate in HR.
