Job Description

1. Finalization of Accounts

Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and reconciliation of accounts.

2. Audit Compliance

Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax auditors for timely completion of audits.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Assist in implementation of audit recommendations.

3. Direct Taxation

Assist in computation and filing of income tax returns.
Handle TDS compliance including deduction, payment, and filing of returns.
Respond to notices and queries from tax authorities under supervision.

4. Indirect Taxation

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns.
Reconcile GST input credit and resolve mismatches.
Assist in GST audits and departmental assessments.
Stay updated with changes in GST laws and ensure compliance.

5. MIS Reporting

Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management review.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Assist in variance analysis and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications Skills:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1/2 year of experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and audit procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
