2.AMC scheme Master Maintenance:
•Maintenance of existing schemes of all AMCs
•Co-ordinating for new NFO with AMCs
•Interacting with AMC and RTA for updated scheme master regularly
3.Queries and escalation management:
•Interacting with external stake holder like RTAs, AMCs, Member etc for timely resolution of queries/escalations.
•Co-ordinating with internal stake holders for timely resolution of queries/escalations.
4.Any other Operational activities as per the business requirement like preparation of SOP, Checklist, process flow, audit related activities etc.
