Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate opportunities for
acquiring loan portfolios
- Home Loans, LAP.
Conduct
initial discussions with originators
for securitization deals.
Coordinate with internal business and product teams to assess suitability of portfolios.
Review underlying loan agreements, origination processes, and customer profiles.
Work with treasury and legal teams to
structure the securitization/assignment transactions.
Prepare
MIS and reports
for management, investors, and regulators.
Explore new partnerships with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and microfinance institutions.
Stay updated on
market trends, RBI guidelines, and competitor practices.
