Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    To execute Site MEP Work

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Design and Coordination from feasibility to hand over stage for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, LV, BMS, CCTV, FA & PA, High side and Low side equipment’s, Lifts & Escalators, STP, WTP, VRF/ Chillers, Internal and external services and associated services activities. - Design coordination with Architects, structure, MEPF and other consultants. Supporting Architects in space planning. - Tendering and Estimation of MEPF and associated activities. - Well versed with Green Ratings and associated design considerations. - Coordination and approval of vendors – material and shop drawings. - Technical Review of MEPF design, details and deliverables. - Budgeting, Rate Analysis and Costing of projects. - Assessment of MEPF works at site execution level. - Supporting TC in technical evaluation of shortlisted vendor and responding to technical queries. - Technical Inputs for MEPF Liaisoning. - Standardization of BOQs, Technical Specifications, SCC, List of Approved makes. - Value Engineering and cost optimization. - Quality control and assurance from MEPF perspective. - Design Safety planning. - Contract administration post contract awards for MEPF and associated activities. - Supporting in Planning and scheduling of MEPF activities. - Factory inspection and vendor visits for vendor development.

Technical Competencies


    Analytical Skills,Industry Knowledge,Knowledge of MEP Design,MEP Work

Qualifications and Experience


    - B.Tech / M.Tech. Electrical / Mechanical with 10 to 13 years of experience in Real Estate industry. - Expert engineering knowledge. - Good written and verbal communication skill. - Good Presentation Skills - Must have worked with Real Estate Developers.
