Job Description

  • Analyse current downstream processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Implement strategies to improve process yield, purity, and throughput.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure optimal performance by providing technical guidance & support to team members.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and quality control procedures.
  • Implement robust quality control measures to maintain product quality.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Develop and execute process validation protocols.
  • Analyse validation data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Operation and process controlling of centrifuge, lyophilizer, laminar air flow, clean room, blast storage (cold room), CIP system & Reactors.
  • Oversee OEE (overall equipment efficiencies) and calibration of downstream processing equipment.
  • Plan and schedule equipment maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and control operational costs to optimize resource utilization.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including GMP and GLP.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations.
