Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Coimbatore. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, managing customer relationships, and providing financial advice. The role includes leading a team, achieving branch targets, and implementing strategic plans to improve branch performance. Qualifications Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulations Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Leadership and team management experience Analytical skills and ability to implement strategic plans Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a managerial role within the banking industry is preferred
