Job Description

  • Identify, acquire, and manage ROW for infrastructure development (roads, pipelines, transmission lines, etc.).
  • Coordinate land acquisition activities, including documentation, title verification, and compensation processes.
  • Engage with local authorities, landowners, and communities to negotiate ROW permissions and resolve disputes.
  • Monitor and ensure uninterrupted access to project sites by resolving encroachments and legal issues.
  • Maintain updated records of ROW status, maps, and legal agreements.
  • Collaborate with survey teams, legal counsel, and project engineers during planning and execution phases.
Liaisoning:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments (Revenue, Forest, Environment, Local Bodies, etc.) to secure necessary approvals.
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of statutory clearances (environmental NOCs, utility clearances, permits, etc.).
  • Represent the company in public hearings, government meetings, and regulatory inspections.
  • Track changes in regulations, policies, and compliance requirements affecting land and project execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders including municipal authorities, landowners, and political representatives.
