Job Description

Deputy Manager - Manufacturing Maintenance

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machines, crimping tools, testing equipment, and utilities.

Monitor machine performance, identify root causes of breakdowns, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to TPM/5S, safety, and ISO/TS standards.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain OEE and reduce downtime.
Maintain spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.
Guide and train the maintenance team for skill development and continuous improvement.
Support new machine installation, validation, and modification projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
10 plus years of maintenance experience, preferably in wiring harness/automotive industry.
Knowledge of crimping machines, cutting/stripping equipment, PLC-based machines, and automation preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machines, crimping tools, testing equipment, and utilities.
