a) Complete Knowledge of Project Related Plant & Machineries (Tower Cranes, SRPs P&M Hoists, Bar Bending Machines /Bar Cutting Manchines & Hydra.)
b) AMCs – Weighing Bridges & Knowledge on spare parts which are related plant & machineries.
c) Knowledge on SS Fabricated items.
d) Basic Knowledge on procurement of Granites, Tandur Stones, Italian Marbles, Engineering Wooden Flooring.
e) Service Contract work orders and supply purchase orders.
f) Basic Knowledge of purchase & work order terms and conditions
g) Candidates must visit the project sites whenever required.
h) Civil works & Finishing Contracts
i) Interiors (Club Houses, Entrance Lounges, Commercial Buildings Etc)
j) MS Fabrication works
k) Signage’s
l) Entrance Elevation works
m) Faade Works
n) Service Contract work orders and supply purchase orders.
o) Basic Knowledge of purchase & work order terms and conditions
