Team you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

We are looking for a candidate who can bring finance knowledge, expertise in financial close processes, knowledge of enabling technologies in finance and providing leading practices to our clients to deliver business value
  • To Lead and Deliver, user trainings and Tool Demos.
  • To work with leading global clients to do system design, in Finance technology solutions like Blackline, Trintech, Oracle ARCS, OneStream etc.
  • Engage and lead client conversations, present to client stakeholders in management reviews and steercos
  • Ability to create design documentations and User manuals
  • Ensure smooth build /configuration of application, system integration tests, user trainings.
  • Should be able to resolve issues and changes during Hypercare independently.
  • Should be able to design to-be processes and roles leveraging leading practices and enabling technologies. especially Blackline
  • Should know how to lead Business operating model design and implementation including governance and service management
  • Should know how to lead in conducting business case analysis
  • Work may require extensive travel to client sites for project work

Desired qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Digital transformation related to Finance function or Operations and/or Performance improvement consulting.
  • Implementation experience and knowledge of Financial Close tools like Blackline, Trintech, Oracle ARCS, Onestream etc.
  • Experience in handling at 2+ end-to-end implementations which includes assessment, planning, requirement gathering, design, configuration / development, testing, training and deployment of Blackline and other tools
  • Experience working on various types of Reconciliations, Variance Analysis, Risk rating of accounts, Journals, Close management, Intercompany Transactions, Risk and Compliance management, Cash Management and Open items management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead distributed teams.
  • They must have ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
  • They should have good presentation & communication skills.
  • They should also be well versed with MS Excel and handling volume of data.
  • They must have ability to present point of view/ findings using MS power point/ report writing tools.
  • They should be open and honest in communication with clients and colleagues.
  • They must be fluent in written & verbal English.

Location and way of working.

  • Base location: Hyderabad
  • This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.
