Your main tasks will be in: Define and implement a recruitment policy for M&E in line with business needs and OP requirements Manage the OP process for M&E: PMS review, People Review Define and implement talent management activities in line with People Review output and Division Initiatives Manage directly recruitment and internal mobilities for key positions in the country Employee Engagement Talent Management Coordinate recruitment activities: Challenge local HR and manager with staffing options: internal candidates or external sourcing Ensure job request tracking in OPTeam Develop and update recruitment dashboard and monitor progress Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategy Decide on recruitments to be managed internally or outsourced Promote digital sourcing and PO image on social networks: PO Website, Linkedin, . Negotiate and manage partnerships with recruitment agencies Develop local HR and managers on recruiting skills so as to hire candidates in line with PO expectations Manage the recruitment of some key positions Student internships and graduate programs: Identify target job/student fairs Develop partnerships with target universities Collect and staff internship opportunities with local and foreign students Develop graduate program for Manufacturing and Engineering functions Is the main contact point for VIEs. Temps' administration (according to local organization): Monitors temporary workers placed on the site: operating procedures, respect of recruitment criterions and labour law. Participates in the recruitment of temporary staff. Participates in company welcome sessions for temporary staff. Follow up the assessment of the temporary workers and monitors integration procedures. HR admin & reports Liaise as needed with HR Admin team to make sure all HR admin aspects are managed in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure HR reports required at division, country and site level Employee Engagement Organize and participate in activities to enhance employee morale and satisfaction. Organize engagement initiatives, including celebrations, team-building activities, and wellness programs. Assist in creating and maintaining an inclusive workplace culture. Annual Assessment Review: Coordinate data update before the campaign Support and facilitate performance calibration meeting prior the campaign Train local and manager on OP process as well as on the required soft skills (feedback, etc) to complete successfully such exercise Track progress on AAR completion Ensure performance issues are properly addressed by the management Talent management: Coordinate the annual People Review process Train local HR and managers on the process Ensure quality and consistency of Scorecard” data in Opteam (Potential, risk of loss, etc) Support or facilitate people review meetings Ensure actions are properly captured and followed-up at site and country level Liaise with Division and Corporate for roll-out of Management and Leadership programs: STARTER, BOOSTER, Driving Success, Leading Manufacturing, etc Propose and develop any talent management initiative to meet Country talent management challenges Complete career interviews with targeted people: potentials, people identified at risks, etc. or ensure these people are met by the management and HR. Track action. Set up and manage individual development plans (assessment, coaching, mentoring, etc.) as required. What are we looking for? Applicants must have: Business school, master’s degree (likely with HR specialization). 7 to 12 years of Experience in HR Autonomy in the tasks to execute Result oriented. Analytical skills.
