Job Description

Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Recruitment)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for staff and managerial positions.
  • Coordinate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.

2. Training & Development

  • Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) and design annual training calendars.
  • Coordinate internal/external training programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.

3. Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Drive KRA/KPI-based performance evaluation cycles.
  • Support mid-term and annual reviews as per corporate guidelines.
  • Assist in implementation of performance improvement plans.

4. HR MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare HR dashboards, monthly/quarterly MIS, and management reports.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation.

5. Staff Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll for staff category with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement, reimbursements, and deductions.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and related payroll inputs for Staff Members.

6. Statutory Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure end-to-end statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, etc.).
  • Coordinate and support internal & external audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all statutory records.

7. ISO & TQM Implementation

  • Support ISO audits and documentation.
  • Assist in driving TQM culture and related activities across functions.

8. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, celebrations, welfare activities.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee morale and retention.

9. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
  • Maintain good employee relations and ensure smooth communication flow.
  • Provide HR support to the plant team on daily HR matters.

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA/PG in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations.

  • 9-12 years

    of relevant experience in manufacturing or automotive industry preferred.

Strong understanding of HR operations, statutory compliance, PMS, and training processes
