Role Description

This full-time, on-site Deputy Housekeeper role is located in Budge Budge-I. The Deputy Housekeeper will oversee housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of hotel premises, guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Responsibilities include managing housekeeping staff, conducting quality assurance inspections, attending to guest requirements, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role also involves inventory management, employee training, and adherence to health and safety standards.

• Housekeeping skills in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining hygiene standards
• Strong leadership, team management, and staff training expertise
• Problem-solving capabilities and excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Effective communication and collaboration with multiple departments
• Ability to handle on-ground challenges and resolve guest concerns efficiently
• Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling staff
• Relevant experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous
