Role & responsibilities

age sales performance across multiple channels, including modern trade, general trade, distributors, and e-commerce.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for FMCG products in the western region of Uttar Pradesh.
Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders through effective communication skills.
Oversee distribution management, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for business growth through strategic partnerships with new customers or partners.

Preferred candidate profile

10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in FMCG industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong understanding of modern trade, general trade, distributor handling, and e-commerce platforms.
