Job Description

You will be responsible for managing and supporting the Corporate Real Estate system in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This includes tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments. You will assist with or manage local Office Leasing transaction implementation and facilitate the closeout process, ensuring a smooth handoff to the lease administration team. Additionally, you will provide transactional financial analysis support to the Office Leasing Transaction Management team, which includes cash flow analysis. Participating in various real estate Office Leasing transactions, including lease negotiation and administration, will be a key part of your role. You will administer a quality assurance program, which involves conducting customer satisfaction surveys, monitoring key performance indicators, and preparing transaction scorecards. Your ability to review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis templates, such as book and cash flow projections, NPV, and IRR financial analyses, will enable clients to make more informed decisions. Collaboration is crucial in this role, as you will work closely with CBRE and/or client's Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure seamless integration between service lines. You will be responsible for tracking all Office Leasing transaction activity, preparing commission forecasts and vouchers, and accounting for all savings achieved on behalf of clients. Requirements: Educational Qualification: - Bachelors Degree / Masters from a recognized university. - MBA/PGDM preferred. Years Of Experience: - 5-8+ years of experience in the real estate industry. Other Skills And Abilities: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. - Proficiency in presenting information effectively. - Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. - Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. - Strong problem-solving skills with advanced analytical and quantitative abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.,
