The role focuses on payroll operations, employee benefits administration, statutory compliance, full & final settlements, audits, process automation, and stakeholder management while driving continuous improvements in payroll efficiency and employee experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Payroll Processing & Administration - End-to-end processing of monthly payroll for on-roll and off-roll employees. - Validate attendance, leave, overtime, incentive, and shift allowance inputs. - Administer salary revisions, increments, promotions, and transfers. - Ensure accurate salary computation, arrears calculation, reimbursements, and bonus payouts. - Execute Full & Final (F&F) settlements for separating employees, including notice pay recovery, leave encashment, gratuity, PF, and pending reimbursements. 2. Statutory Compliance - Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, LWF, PT, Income Tax, Bonus Act, etc.). - Handle periodic filing of returns, challans, and payments to regulatory authorities. - Support statutory audits and respond to queries from authorities. 3.
