Role & responsibilities Insurance Policy & Renewal Management Insurance Claim Management Preparation & Circulation of Policy MIS & Claims MIS. Preparing weekly / monthly reports such as claims reports, renewal reports, business placement reports etc. Follow up with various project sites, Subsidiary Companies, Group Companies and the Insurance companies/Brokers with respect to claims, pending documents, final assessment etc. Liaison with various departments at site. Checking documents as per LOR and sending replies to insurance companies / brokers for various claims. Training & development of Insurance team. Must have experience in handling claims and/or placement policies relating to Property (IAR, Fire, burglary etc.), Motor, Contractor .Plant and Machinery, EAR, CAR and Employee Benefit policies (GMC, GPA etc.) Excellent perks and benefits

Position Name : - DRI- Process Designation :- Engineer/ Sr. Engineer Qualification : - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech Metallurgy No. of Experience: - 05 -10 Years Age : - 25-32 Soft Skill : - Ms Office Role & Responsibility :- Maintaining weigh feeder calibration records Controlling of kiln zone temperatures by measuring QRTs twice in shift Maintaining of operation parameters to obtain good product quality Maintaining of all process records Preparing prod reports/raw material entry in sap Maintaining of good co-ordination with other departments Maintaining of safe operating practices Target to achieve minimum breakdown Structuring and providing the function requirement along with entail negotiation of ideals. Criticalities like Kiln Hold , shutdown TC jam, inspection of kiln, feed losses by jamming and among many other problems. Coordination with various departments to fully fill their requirements. Capable of handling PLC Operation and Maintenance works.
