Role & Responsibility :-

1. Maintaining weigh feeder calibration records
2. Controlling of kiln zone temperatures by measuring QRTs twice in shift
3. Maintaining of operation parameters to obtain good product quality
4. Maintaining of all process records
5. Preparing prod reports/raw material entry in sap
6. Maintaining of good co-ordination with other departments
7. Maintaining of safe operating practices
8. Target to achieve minimum breakdown
9. Structuring and providing the function requirement along with entail negotiation of ideals.
10. Criticalities like Kiln Hold , shutdown TC jam, inspection of kiln, feed losses by jamming and
    among many other problems.
11.  Coordination with various departments to fully fill their requirements.
12. Capable of handling PLC Operation and Maintenance works.
