It prepares iron and manganese ores for steel mills, battery, and Ferro manganese plants. The company serves customers worldwide. Position Name : Executive/Jr Manager -DRI-Process 900 /600 TPD_ Location : Jharkhand Qualification : B.Tech /Diploma - Metallurgy Experience : 5+ Years Purpose of the job: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process operations, particularly in the DRI plant, and a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures. Key Responsibilities : Operate and monitor the DRI plant process from the control room, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and production targets are met.(350 TPD/500 TPD) Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to schedule and perform maintenance tasks as needed. Monitor process parameters and make adjustments to optimize production efficiency and product quality. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including production data, equipment logs, and maintenance activities. Train and mentor junior operators to ensure they are proficient in plant operations and safety procedures.

Criticalities like Kiln Hold , shutdown TC jam, inspection of kiln, feed losses by jamming and among many other problems. Coordination with various departments to fully fill their requirements. Capable of handling PLC Operation and Maintenance works.
