Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Safely operate manufacturing tasks accordance to SOPs & Senior supervisors specifications
• Responsible to maintain proper use of production equipments, Monitoring and Control the process parameters as desired and handing over to the incoming shift reliever in a systematic and orderly manner
• Responsible for completion of work by issuing work order permit to concern dept. in case of malfunction of equipment / instrument noticed.
• Closely monitor the raw material and utilities Specific consumptions/norms. Identify & complete improvement project in plant.
• Comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures & same to be conveyed to subordinates.
• Ensure to Maintain all plants equipment History Book, this is essential for tracking the maintenance and operational history of equipment, ensuring efficient operations, and prolonging the lifespan of machinery.
• Record and maintain accurate, timely log data of equipments and closely follow their performance.
• Responsible for properly maintaining all documents of the plant like, SOPs, work permits, log sheets,maintain adequate housekeeping according to Companys HSE Procedures

Preferred candidate profile

B.E in Chemical Engineering with 5 to 8 years of experience in Chemical / Specialty Chemical plant operations in Process Engineering and technology transfer

Knowledge of PFDs and P&IDs, mass balance equations, heat transfer and other thermal processes, and other processes unique to the Amines, Specialty Chemicals market segment
