Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Purchase and Procurement. The ideal candidate will be an expert in SAP MM module and possess strong vendor relationship management skills. A proactive attitude and capability to manage the complete procurement cycle from planning to inventory control is essential. Job Responsibilities : Purchase Planning Making Purchase Planning based on its Monthly/ Quarterly Plan, Inquiry floating, comparison, negotiation, order placement. Vendor development, sampling, approvals and trial orders and continuation. Drafting agreement, Prepare Price Comparison & Negotiation. Prepare Purchase & Contract Orders. Checking GST Statement. Prepare Payment Statement. Prepare Price Computation on FIFO basis for Raw Materials and update to Account Department. Average Price Statement for Balance Stocks as per Purchase Order and update to Management Deliveries and follow-ups, Re-ordering, rejections and replacements. Purchase cost control through introduction of new vendors and tight negotiation with existing vendors. Inventory Control Planning for Inventory Control based on Company Norms Logistics & Transportation Preferred candidate profile Mandatory : Expertise in SAP MM module
