About Us Since 2012, Tru Prime Pvt. Ltd. has operated Punjab’s largest 2000-head dairy farm, mostly HF, at Majara, about 32 km from Ludhiana and 8 km from Ahmedgarh.

The company now seeks to diversify into hydroponics-based multi-crop cultivation, utilizing sustainable practices and leveraging in-house resources.

The venture will consist of multiple hydroponic growing systems designed for cultivating a variety of high-value crops including leafy greens, herbs, exotic vegetables, and specialty fruits. Industry-leading hydroponic technologies will be employed to ensure precision farming with optimized water, nutrient, and space utilization.

The company will also explore the development of nutraceutical and medicinal plants under controlled hydroponic environments.

Job Summary:-

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Engineer to join our team, specializing in and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers to design, develop, and implement Electrical and HVAC projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems, HVAC systems, and related infrastructure.

* Ensure efficient operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems with strong focus on temperature and humidity control.

* Work with various pumps, filtration systems, and RO plants ensuring reliable and continuous operation.

* Interpret and analyze electrical and mechanical drawings; execute projects and maintenance work as per design specifications.

* Manage installation, operation, and upkeep of various lighting systems ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with standards.

* Operate and maintain electrical equipment including transformers, generators (gensets), and circuit breakers.

* Oversee various types of motor starters, ensuring proper selection, installation, and safe operation.

* Support projects, audits, and compliance activities related to electrical and HVAC systems.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution of engineering projects.

* Ensure adherence to safety protocols, statutory requirements, and organizational standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:-

* Strong knowledge of Electrical and HVAC systems.

* Hands-on expertise in temperature and humidity control systems.

* Familiarity with pumps, filtration systems, and RO plants.

* Ability to read, interpret, and implement work based on technical drawings.

* Good understanding of lighting systems, transformers, gensets, and circuit protection devices.

* Knowledge of various types of motor starters and electrical control systems.

* Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualification & Experience:-

* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

* 3–6 years of experience in Electrical & HVAC systems.
