POSITION DESCRIPTION The Operations Manager will report to Managing Director and work closely with Senior Management to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization, and to deliver best results in the organization. **Introduction** Since 2012 Tru Prime Pvt. Ltd. has operated Punjab’s largest 2600-head dairy farm, mostly HF, at Majara, about 32 km from Ludhiana and 8 km from Ahmedgarh. The business is now diversifying into vermiculture, mushroom cultivation, pelletisation of cow manure and pisciculture. **Position Description** The Assistant Manager – Accounts will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, supervising accounting staff, and ensuring compliance with internal and statutory requirements. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and contributing to strategic reporting and MIS development. Key Responsibilities Oversee and maintain all accounting and finance records of the company. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, audits, and tax requirements. Supervise accounting team and provide necessary guidance and mentoring. Manage the integrity and functionality of accounting systems/software. Reconcile all ledgers and sub-ledgers on a monthly basis. Prepare and finalize statutory financial reports within specified deadlines. Develop and maintain MIS reports to support business decisions. Assist in annual budget preparation and financial forecasting. Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits. Implement internal financial controls to enhance process efficiency. Support the Manager/AGM in various analytical and strategic tasks. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field. Professional qualification (CA Inter/ICWA/MBA Finance) preferred. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. Strong working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP, etc.). Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Good understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and audit processes. Introduction Majara Dairy Farm (MDF) operates from village Majara on Ludhiana / Sangrur district borders, about 8 km from Mandi Ahmedgarh. With approximately 2600 livestock MDF is the largest dairy farm operator in Punjab and one of the largest in India. MDF started operations in 2009 with the prime objective of producing the cleanest milk possible from a disease free herd whilst developing relations with farmers for cultivation of animal fodder. MDF is also one of the biggest breeders of Holstein stock in India with over 1,000 calving’s projected for 2025. MDF management still subscribes to the same industry vision and aims to acts as a catalyst for large farm set-up and growth in India. MDF is seeking an experienced operations Manager who can take nodal responsibility for all aspects of dairy farm operations. POSITION DESCRIPTION The HR Assistant will support the HR department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This includes employee records management, attendance tracking, recruitment coordination, and assisting in implementing HR policies across the farm. The role demands a high level of organization, discretion, and interpersonal skills to manage a dynamic and diverse workforce. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in maintaining and updating employee records (both digital and physical) Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and documentation Track daily attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll Support onboarding of new hires and exit formalities of outgoing employees Assist in drafting official communications, notices, and memos Help implement and enforce company HR policies and code of conduct Coordinate staff welfare initiatives, health check-ups, and trainings Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information Support compliance with labor laws and internal HR audits Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other departments as needed QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, or large workforce operations Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with integrity Knowledge of Punjabi, Hindi, and English (preferred) **How to Apply** Submit your resume and cover letter via email to: manish.kumar@primemilk.in or Whats-App: +91 9915929067.
