Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and master planning of wastewater collection systems
• Develop comprehensive stormwater system designs and long-term infrastructure plans
• Conduct studies and designs for flood control systems, dams/reservoirs, and irrigation facilities
• Produce high-quality final design documents, technical analyses, and project deliverables

Core Competencies:

• Expertise in producing final design products, technical analyses, and project deliverables
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Bluebeam for document management, drafting, and collaborative design review.
• Proven ability to manage time, budgets, and project priorities efficiently
• Consistent record of successful project execution, leading to repeat business
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships (preferred)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California
• 10-12 years of experience in civil engineering
• Strong professional references
