Deputy Division Manager, Water Resources

As the Deputy Division Manager - Water Resources at ASEC Engineers, A Verdantas Company, based in Pune, you will play a crucial role in spearheading innovative water resource solutions for a sustainable future. In this senior-level position within the Water Services practice, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and management of complex water resources initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design and master planning of wastewater collection systems, developing comprehensive stormwater system designs, and creating long-term infrastructure plans. Additionally, you will conduct studies and designs for flood control systems, dams/reservoirs, and irrigation facilities, ensuring the production of high-quality final design documents, technical analyses, and project deliverables. Your core competencies will be critical to your success in this role, with a focus on expertise in producing final design products, technical analyses, and project deliverables. Strong communication skills will be essential for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Bluebeam will be required for document management, drafting, and collaborative design review. You should also demonstrate a proven ability to manage time, budgets, and project priorities efficiently, along with a consistent record of successful project execution that leads to repeat business. Building and maintaining positive client relationships will be preferred. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license in California, and have 10-12 years of experience in civil engineering. Strong professional references will be necessary to support your application. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, the work mode for this role will be in-office.
