Responsibilities Key Responsibilities and Duties: Architect and Design: Design and implement cloud-native applications and services on Azure using .NET Core, ASP.NET, and other relevant frameworks. Solution Design: Develop end-to-end technical solutions that align with business requirements, considering scalability, performance, and security. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural guidelines. Performance Tuning and Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in applications and infrastructure, optimizing for optimal performance. Cloud Adoption and Modernization: Lead efforts in modernizing existing systems and migrating them to the cloud, leveraging Azure services. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with other stakeholders, including product managers, business analysts, and security teams. Monitoring and Management: Monitor application performance and infrastructure health, and implement automated monitoring and alerting solutions. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Document architectural decisions, design patterns, and implementation details, facilitating knowledge transfer across teams. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and Azure services, and continuously improve architectural practices and methodologies. Technical Skills and Qualifications: Extensive .NET Experience: 18+ years of experience in .NET development, including ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, and related technologies. Azure Expertise: Proven experience with Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, databases, and DevOps tools. Architectural Design Patterns: Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles, including microservices, serverless architectures, and event-driven architectures. Cloud-Native Development: Experience with cloud-native development practices, including containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and serverless functions. DevOps Practices: Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation. Security Expertise: Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
