Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Role:

Manage the entire sell side vertical for the Myntra Fashion Brands ( MFB) business across the following functions - Sales planning, Pricing, Merchandising & visibility management, customer planning, inventory hygiene & supply analytics
Handling a team of ~6 membersAnalyse business level metrics to isolate problems/strength areas and drive long term projects to solve/leverage for better ROIMonthly/Quarterly sales planning to achieve the AOP in the respective time periodOverlooking all possible levers to meet revenue and customer targets across pricing, merchandising, selection, marketing, with strong collaboration across the requisite verticalsBuild a robust supply analytics system with regular feedback to the brand team on opportunities and risksMaintain rigour on Inventory hygiene and ensure business health is clearAn ideal candidate should possess sound analytical abilities, strong cross-functional collaboration and business acumen.

Responsibilities:
Build a category and brand wise revenue plan, and execute with short and long term solvesManage and track acquisitions for the vertical, by liaising with the necessary teamsOverall P&L management of the BU by optimizing short term metrics viz. GMV, GM, AISP and RGM/unitMonitor discounting/pricing for key brands on other portals to ensure parity; pre-empt customer switchingInfluence various teams/stakeholders within the organization to meet goals & project timelines Take ownership to drive automation and build efficient and scalable processesWorking with category to drive bigger strategic projects and initiativesQualifications & Experience:

Master's in Business Administration- Preferably IIMs/ISB with Engineering background (tier-1)
5-6 years experience in sales operations / planningPrevious experience in retail & e-commerce added advantageKnowledge of BI tools/statistics added advantageStrong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation- Proficiency in Excel is must.
