Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We are looking for a part founding member & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who is passionate about AI, MarTech, and SaaS and is ready to lead our technology vision while working on equity-based compensation in the initial phase.
Technology Leadership: Develop and communicate the companys technology strategy to align with overall business goals. Lead and mentor the engineering and IT teams to build scalable, high-quality tech solutions.Innovation & Research: Stay on top of emerging technology trends and innovations in the industry. Foster a culture of creativity and innovation across the tech team.Technology Vision & Strategy: Formulate and execute long-term technology roadmaps. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure technology solutions support the company's growth, security, and business goals.Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow the technology team. Build a high-performing team through recruitment, development, and performance management. Foster collaboration and a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Infrastructure & Architecture: Oversee the design and maintenance of scalable, secure, and reliable technology infrastructure. Ensure high availability and resilience of systems and applications.Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with other executives and stakeholders to set technology priorities. Communicate technology strategy, progress, and results to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.Technology Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the tech department, including managing software development cycles, infrastructure management, and system operations.Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the technology budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient management of technology investments.Security & Compliance: Ensure that systems are secure and compliant with relevant laws and industry standards. Implement security protocols and data protection measures to safeguard the companys assets and client data.
