Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As the Technology Executive in this role, you will be responsible for driving the companys technology strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining and executing the companys technology roadmap to support business objectives. - Identifying and leveraging emerging technologies for a competitive advantage. - Ensuring scalability, innovation, and digital transformation are at the forefront of technology initiatives. In addition, you will oversee the product and platform development, ensuring the design, development, and delivery of technology products and platforms meet high-quality standards and performance targets. You will drive user-focused product innovation and improvements through timely release cycles. Your role will involve building and leading high-performing engineering and IT teams, mentoring, coaching, and retaining top technical talent. You will cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the teams. Furthermore, you will be accountable for technology operations and infrastructure, including ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of IT systems, networks, and platforms. Your responsibilities will also extend to overseeing cloud, DevOps, data management, and infrastructure optimization, as well as implementing disaster recovery and business continuity planning. As the Technology Executive, you will establish and enforce cybersecurity policies and practices to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities. You will ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR, ISO, and SOC, proactively addressing cybersecurity risks.
