Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Analyze technical complaints of vehicles in the field and rectify defects / overhaul aggregates. Maintain and handle internet-based warranty systems. Ensure implementation of service processes at channel partners. Develop secondary channel for service and spare parts sales. Provide feedback on company’s as well as competitors’ products. Train service managers and build capability at channel partner workshops. Design and implement special service support for strategic customers in coordination with channel partners. Ensure execution of spare parts orders by channel partners to maintain sufficient inventory and achieve targets. Guide channel partners on manpower, facilities, and equipment optimization. Ensure profitability of workshops at channel partners. Manage service-related MIS (reports, tracking, performance). Oversee spare parts inventory management. Manage service guarantees at dealerships. Conduct monthly visits to Authorized Service Centers (ASC) and monitor performance along with ASC coordinators. Organize monthly service camps. Carry out monthly customer visits and update M-Response data.
