Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Deputy Collection Manager. The Deputy Collection Manager will oversee the collections process, analyze accounts, ensure timely follow-ups, and effectively manage client communications. Additional responsibilities include monitoring team performance, resolving escalations, preparing collection reports, and implementing strategies to improve collection efficiency. Collaboration across teams to meet organizational goals and deadlines is expected.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of collection processes, account analysis, and client communication strategies
Experience in team management, performance monitoring, and problem resolution
Proficient in report preparation, data analysis, and implementation of collection strategies
Effective organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
Familiarity with compliance regulations and standard operating procedures in collections
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Proficient in using collection management software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
