Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Cluster Branch Manager, located in Imphal. The Deputy Cluster Branch Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of branch operations, overseeing sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other duties include team management, training and development, and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth. The role involves close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to optimize branch performance and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Branch Operations Management, Team Management, and Training and Development skills.
• Strong Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service experience.
• Proficiency in Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving skills.
• Familiarity with Company Policy, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Management.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Organizational skills.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
