Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies for solar panel products.
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and target potential clients, including residential, commercial, and industrial

segments.

2. Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance to achieve objectives.
Conduct regular meetings to track progress and address challenges.

3. Market Development:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth

opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and lead generation.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and partners.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
Provide tailored solutions to meet client requirements.

5. Operational Oversight:

Coordinate with operations and finance teams for seamless order processing and

credit approvals.

Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

6. Promoting Sustainability:

Advocate for the adoption of renewable energy solutions.
Educate customers on the environmental and financial benefits of solar panels.
