Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of secured business loans (LAP, working capital, machinery loan, etc.) through direct and indirect channels.

Manage and support a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers to achieve business targets.

Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and portfolio growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, CAs, connectors, and channel partners to source quality business.

Ensure credit appraisal, documentation, and policy adherence in loan processing.

Monitor and control delinquency, portfolio quality, and risk management.

Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.

Train and motivate team members for consistent performance and productivity.

Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and RBI regulations related to secured business loans.

Prepare and review periodic MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis.

Requirements:

Graduation / Post-graduation (MBA preferred).

Minimum 36 years of experience in Secured Business Loan / Loan Against Property / SME Lending.

Proven track record in team handling & sales target achievement.

Strong knowledge of credit policies, documentation, and secured loan products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Role & responsibilities
