Job Description

We are looking for a highly ed and experienced Deputy Area Manager to join our team in the Payments - Merchant Acquiring division of Bajaj Finance Limited. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the payments process, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new merchants and expand existing relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, customers, and internal teams.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of the banking or financial services industry, particularly in payments and merchant acquiring.
Proven track record of achieving business targets and expanding customer base.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal s.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving s, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with payment systems and technologies is an advantage.
