Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail outlet. The right candidate will be responsible for managing the team, boosting sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily store activities
• Supervise, guide, and motivate staff to achieve targets
• Monitor inventory levels and place timely merchandise orders
• Drive sales performance and meet defined goals
• Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism
• Organize and lead regular team meetings
• Manage budgets, control operational costs, and optimize efficiency
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays when required
• Familiarity with MS Office and POS systems
• Hands-on experience in apparel retail and billing management
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
