Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Deep understanding of the category/trends

Be the advocate for customer and able to understand customer requirement/issues and share it with respective

HO departments for continuous improvement

Drive Professional and End customer engagement & service for customers who walk-in to store

Ability to negotiate & convince Professionals & End Customers and close sales

Accountable for Category Sales, Margins

Coordinate with Category Managers and Warehouse teams for timely stock availability

Good analytical and logical skills to understand the margins and discount structure

Go-to person to resolve Customer escalations with root cause and long-term fixes with stakeholders

Execution of right Operational and Sales processes in the store

Manage Shrink and Inventory as per budget

Manage, engage, coach and mentor the team to drive desired results.

Job Location: Guduvanchery / Madhavaram (Chennai)

Position: Department Manager

Experience Required: 6 to 12 years

Industry Preference: Candidates from Tiles, Ceramics, Bath & Kitchen background, with strong experience in store operations and team handling.

Budget: Up to 5.5 LPA (CTC)
