Position Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dental Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our state-of-the-art dental clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth patient flow, manage staff, maintain compliance standards, and deliver an excellent patient experience.



Key Responsibilities


Clinic Operations & Administration

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the dental clinic.

• Manage patient appointments, minimize waiting times, and ensure smooth workflow.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records (digital and physical).

• Ensure compliance with QCI, CGHS, and other regulatory requirements.


Staff Management

• Supervise and guide front office, dental assistants, and support staff.

• Prepare staff duty rosters and manage leave schedules.

• Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations.


Patient Care & Experience

• Monitor patient satisfaction and address queries/complaints promptly.

• Implement systems for collecting patient feedback (Google reviews, surveys, etc.).

• Ensure patient comfort and adherence to confidentiality protocols.


Inventory & Equipment Management

• Track dental materials, consumables, and medicines.

• Coordinate with vendors for timely supply and billing.

• Schedule regular maintenance of dental chairs, scanners, and radiology equipment.


Finance & Reporting

• Oversee billing, cash management, and expense tracking.

• Coordinate with accounts team for vendor payments and insurance claims.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly clinic performance reports.


Marketing & Outreach

• Coordinate with the marketing team for digital campaigns and clinic branding.

• Assist in organizing dental camps, patient awareness programs, and community events.



Qualifications & Skills Required

• Graduate in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or dental/medical clinic management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• Knowledge of healthcare compliance (QCI, CGHS) and infection-control practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office, patient management software, and digital reporting.

• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and handle patient relations professionally.
