Demand Planner

Responsibilities:

• Lead the demand planning function, developing and implementing strategies to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to align demand plans with business objectives.

• Utilize KINAXIS to analyze data and generate insights that drive decision-making and enhance demand planning processes.

• Monitor market trends and customer behaviors to adjust demand plans accordingly.

• Train and mentor the demand planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• Prepare and present demand forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in demand planning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Proficiency in KINAXIS and other demand planning tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
