Demand Planner

• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align forecasts with promotions, launches, and seasonal trends.

2. Stock Planning & Allocation:

• Plan inventory levels to meet the needs of warehouse, retail, and e-commercechannels.
• Optimize stock allocation across channels to prevent overstock or stockouts.

3. Centralized Planning Coordination:

• Act as the liaison between merchandising, supply chain, and operations teamsto ensure seamless integration of plans.
• Monitor and adjust plans in response to real-time sales data and evolvingbusiness needs.

4. Merchandising Support:

• Assist in creating assortment plans tailored to market demands and seasonaltrends.
• Ensure alignment between merchandising strategies and stock availability.

5. Forecast Accuracy & Reporting:

• Continuously refine forecasting methods and tools to improve accuracy.
• Generate and present reports on forecast performance, inventory levels, andsales trends.

6. Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance demand planning efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and tools for demand planning and forecasting.

7. Financial Planning & Budgeting

• Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecastingExpertise in demand planning across online & offline channelsAnalytical mindset with a data driven decision-making approachbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business efficiency Experience in fashion, retail, or D2C brands is a plus.
