Job Description

Deal directly with CFT either by telephone, electronically, or face-to-face
Respond promptly to inquiries, concerns, and requests and communicate/coordinate with internal departments
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and supply-related inquiries
Facilitate order acceptance
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
Record details of actions taken

Education and Experience

PG in Pharmaceuticals or equivalent; MBAs preferred
Basic pharmaceuticals knowledge
Knowledge of relevant computer applications
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Numeric, oral, and written language proficiency
Expected work experience: 12 years in pharmaceutical or similar field(s)
