Job Description

Delphix Tech Lead ( Exp- 9 LPA Lead end-to-end Delphix solution design, implementation, and team guidance across enterprise environments. We are looking for an experienced Delphix Tech Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of Delphix solutions across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide team members, and ensure seamless integration of Delphix into various data architectures. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of Delphix data virtualization and masking solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data management needs and translate them into technical solutions. Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of Delphix platform. Drive performance optimization, automation, and integration with CI/CD pipelines. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Create technical documentation and ensure best practices are followed. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data provisioning and masking. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years working on Delphix platform. Strong knowledge of data virtualization, masking, and DevOps processes. Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. Solid understanding of data management and security best practices. Ability to lead projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
