Job Summary:

The Delivery Partner Relations Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with delivery partners, ensuring smooth operations, tracking performance, resolving issues, and maintaining a motivated delivery workforce for timely and reliable order deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and train new delivery partners.
• Maintain and update delivery partner records (attendance, payouts, ratings, etc.).
• Coordinate daily task allocation and monitor delivery schedules.
• Resolve delivery-related issues and partner grievances promptly.
• Track delivery time, cancellations, and partner efficiency metrics.
• Coordinate with vendors and support teams for order fulfillment.
• Manage incentive and payout calculations as per company policy.
• Conduct regular field checks to ensure compliance with delivery standards.
• Support in performance reviews and retention strategies for delivery partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in delivery or operations management (preferred: food/grocery delivery industry).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of local areas and route management.
• Basic Excel and reporting skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
• Flexible to work in shifts and on weekends if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
