Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsEmployee Services - More into query/case managementThe HR Operations team effectively maintains employee information that meets the organization s legalobligations and assists in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing andimplementing new processes and analyses.The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.
What are we looking for?
Strong business and HR operation acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking,and self-initiativeMaster's Degree is preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management orrelated field preferred; Bachelor's Degree requiredMinimum of 10 years of experience (Shared Service + HR OperationsPrevious global or international experienceExperience in managing broad based HR services with a large size company and or serviceprovider preferred; exposure of working in Shared Service ModelExperience in SAP Success Factors preferredStrong Stakeholder Management skills, in order to manage the expectationsKnowledge of continuous improvement/lean principles to drive efficiencies and save cost
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this position, you will be responsible for:? HR Ops Policy/Procedures:Maintain and administer enterprise level human resources policies andprocedures in accordance with internal audit and solution center governance / control criteria.
  • Legal Compliance:Responsible for ensuring that HR services are delivered in accordance with allLegal and Regulatory needs for the HR transactional processes. Ensure compliance with relevant dataprivacy and data protection policies and regulations.
  • Performance and Operational Standards, Continuous Improvement:Accountable for deliveringHR services against the internal provisions of the agreed Service Level Agreements and KeyPerformance Indicators (SLA s/KPI's)? Team Management:Build and maintain a strong team through effective recruiting, training, coaching,engagement, team building, and succession planning.
  • Intake, Standardize and Automate work from HR colleagues in the regional HR teams.
